There are a couple of things to check if you are having trouble logging in.
Are you receiving any error messages?
Yes
Invalid Username or Password - You have entered
the wrong username or password, please firstly check that you have entered
the correct username and password by re-entering your details. If you
are still unable to login enter your email address below and click on
the Go button to have a new password sent to you.
No
If you are not receiving any error messages you've entered the correct
details but the settings on your computer are now allowing you to enter
the members area.
Please check the following.
1. Your time, date and time zone are all correct. If either of these
are not correct you will not be able login. The reason for this is the
Members Area will automatically log you out after 2 hours to prevent others
from gaining access to your account. This has proven to be the most common
cause for login problems, check this first.
2. Your Internet browser is not accepting cookies, please review the
Privacy settings in your Internet options to allow First Party cookies,
by default your browser will allow these. |
